Order Processing

Once you place an order, we aim to process it within 1-3 business days. During periods of high order volume, minor delays may occur—we will promptly contact you via email or phone if this happens.

Shipping Duration

The shipping duration refers to the time from when your order leaves our fulfillment center to its arrival at the destination:

  • Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
  • Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time combines processing and shipping durations:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-18 business days (1-3 days processing + 7-15 days shipping)
  • Expedited Shipping: 4-10 business days (1-3 days processing + 3-7 days shipping)

Refund Processing Time

  • Unshipped Orders: Refunds processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Shipped Orders: Refunds initiated after returned items reach our warehouse (7-14+ days). If your refund is overdue, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Shipping Fees & Estimated Delivery

We ship to Australia, Canada, the U.S., and worldwide:

  • Free Shipping: Orders $50+
  • Standard Shipping: $10 (orders $0-$49.99)
  • Expedited Shipping: $20 (orders $0-$49.99)
    Note: Unforeseen circumstances may cause delivery delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

After shipping, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking info becomes active within 24 hours.

Liability for Damage

We are not responsible for transit damage or loss. For damaged orders, contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging.
